DEA address must match where you are prescribing from. The correct DEA must be sent based on the location. Prescribers may have multiple DEAs because it is by state. SOLUTION: As long as the DEA license needed for that location is tied to the location details, it is possible for the provider to update their primary location to reflect the location of the script they need to send and that would allow the prescriber to send the script as intended. |

Customers need the ability to enter e-prescribe from within a specific location so that the location on the script matches the location of treatment for the patient. For example, a patient in NJ that has a provider based in NY will need to have his prescription address match the practice location in NJ, not the provider's primary location in NY. SOLUTION: The provider's primary location has to be selected to reflect the location they want to write a script for in order to have that location reflected on the script. |

TEN08 |
When a provider transmits a medication from Location A with Location A address, you can look on the details screen of the Rx and see this information. If any user, including the prescriber, clicks over from Location B and looks at that same patient's Details screen the address will now show Location B address. This happens with all medications that are active or discontinued. SOLUTION: Rx prescription location information will now display as prescribed. |
