NewCrop engages with third parties to provide sponsored content within the NewCrop application at the point of prescribing. Sponsored content includes advertisements, coupons and other patient benefits, clinical trial data, and/or information related to adherence programs and/or therapeutic support. The patient must be on the medication the advertisement is for, or about to be prescribed the medication, in order for the content to be presented.

The content has been approved for release in the context of provider prescribing workflows in electronic prescribing software by the pharmaceutical manufacturers’ medical, legal and regulatory (MLR) teams. NewCrop receives a commission for the number of times it displays the sponsor’s content.
