Push eCR Locations to NewCrop (TenEleven)

  Permission needed for the NewCrop Registration screen.

Adding all the locations associated with a user in eCR to NewCrop now takes only a few clicks in a one-time process.

NOTE: Locations can be added to NewCrop but not removed without sending a ticket to the Helpdesk for assistance. Since this is a one-time task, please take the time to be thoughtful about what locations are pushed to NewCrop, ensuring that the list the user will see there is accurate.

1. Go to Setup > New Crop Registration.
   
   
   
   
2. Go to the Push User To Locations tab.
3. From the Select User drop-down menu, select the user you want to push locations to NewCrop for.
   
   
   
   
4. To select locations to push to NewCrop, you have 3 options:
   1. Check the box for Select Assigned (Primary/Secondary) Valid Locations.
      • This will check the boxes for all locations, Primary and Secondary, associated with the user in their User Profile.
   2. Check the box for Select All Valid Locations.
      • This will check the boxes for all locations, regardless of what locations are associated with the user in their User Profile.
      • This is not recommended unless it is completely accurate as locations cannot be removed without sending a ticket to the Helpdesk for assistance.
   3. Manually check the box for each individual location.
      

      NOTE: If you do not see a location that you expect to see, check the Invalid Locations tab.  Here are any location(s) that are missing any required information for NewCrop. The Location is listed as well as the Invalid Reason(s). 
      
      
      
      To update the location(s), see the Create or Modify a Facility Location article.  Once done, the location will appear in the Push User to Location tab to be selected.

5. Click Register Locations With User.
6. A progress bar will display until all locations have been pushed to NewCrop.
   
   
   
   
7. Repeat for all users.
