- Once a Prior Authorization is approved, click on it in the Pharmacy Renewal Request and it will go forward.

- This is a known issue that we are working on resolving. If you find the pharmacy doesn't stick for the patient, the workaround is to search for and add the pharmacy on the Transmit Rx screen.
21:10 We have seen prescriptions without instructions.
- We are aware that this is occurring at times. If you see an Active Medication with the message "No Instructions Provided", check the box for that medication > in the Prescribe drop-down menu, click Queue Rx > click Edit for that medication > confirm that the sig fields are populated. This will tell you that there are instructions on the medication, they just are not displaying in the Active Medication list.
