Once the steps below have been followed you will be able to connect to the AWS servers.

- Click on Show Options.

- In the User name field, enter tgisaas\your username. For example, if your User Name is "test.person", you would fill in that field as: tgisaas\test.person
NOTE: In AWS, you can use the same icon to connect to beta or live. The only field that changes where you log into is the username.
- Click the Display tab.
- Set the Display configuration to Large (optional).
- Click the Local Resources tab.
- Under Local devices and resources, check the box for Printers and Clipboard.
- Click More...
- Check all the boxes.
- Click OK.
- Click the Advanced tab.

- Select Use these RD Gateway server settings.
- In the Server name field, enter connect.10e11.com.
- Be sure that the box for Bypass RD Gateway server for local addresses is NOT checked.
- Check the box for Use my RD Gateway credentials for the remote computer.
- Click OK.
- Click the General tab.
- Click Save As...
- Click on your Desktop.
-
Name the RDP.
- Click Save.
The RDP configuration is now complete. You can now either click Connect or double-click on the RDP saved on your Desktop. Next, a window will pop up prompting a password. If you do not know your password, please go to https://pwreset.10e11.com/ to reset it. After you successfully input your password, you will be connected to eCR!
NOTE: AWS eliminates the need for remote users to login into Forticlient (TenEleven VPN) so if you have remote users, they just need to have the RDP icon on their machine.
