Each time you launch NewCrop, you need to sync your patient's medications and allergies in eCR with NewCrop. When you add, edit or discontinue medications and allergies in NewCrop, you also need to sync these changes with eCR. You can do this by clicking on the medication and allergy tabs in NewCrop and eCR.
Make sure to sync allergies and medications for each patient into NewCrop before you begin ePrescribing, and sync their allergies and medications back into eCR after you are finished. If you are using the 2.43 version of eCR, you can Set Up AutoSync for Medications & Allergies.
