Document Patient Takes No Medications

Prescribers can document that a patient takes no medications from the Compose Rx tab or the Med Entry tab.   

1. Navigate to the Compose Rx tab or the Med Entry tab. 
2. Click the Takes No Medications checkbox in the Active Medications section.
   

NOTE: The Takes No Medications checkbox only displays if the patient has no Active Medications.
