Access

The Medication Dispensing Admin Screen is accessed from:

1. The Medication Dispensing Screen 🡪 Select a Patient 🡪 Admin button.
2. Go to Administration 🡪 Medication Dispensing Admin Screen.

Uses

This screen is used for four primary processes:

1. Re-dose Medication.
2. Spill a Dose.
3. Void a Dispense.
4. Schedule Overrides such as emergency closures and holidays.

Notes

1. The first 3 processes all occur after a nurse dispense medication. Please refer to the Dispensing Medication section for details on how to do this.
2. Re-dose Medication, Spill a Dose, and Void a Dispense are all performed at the patient level. Schedule Overrides are conducted at the Program level for specific Facilities.
