- Go to Day to Day > Charge Entry.
- In the Search box enter the patient’s last name and select him/her from the list.
- Go to the Claim List tab and click on the Charge that was just created.
- The Charge will fill the Details tab.
- The charge for the entire week is $25.00. This is the amount that was previously set as the Whole Weekly Charge amount in Patient Details.
- No matter how many services were rendered during the week, each line item will equal $0.00.
NOTE: The $0.00 header line will only appear if the insurance is RP (as of July 2019).
