Medication Dispensing - Access Level Permissions (TenEleven)

For all access levels that will be given permission to dispense medication follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Administration 🡪 Access Levels.
  2. Select the pre-existing access level or create a new access level (see below for details).

  3. Select the 1st User Access Tab.
  4. Flag Fill Medication Orders- Provides access to Medication Dispensing Screen.
  • Flag Med Dispense Supervisor- When selected, the user can alter from an order or schedule when dispensing medication from the Medication Dispensing Screen.

  • Select the 2nd User Access Tab.
  • Flag Medication Dispensing Admin Screen- Provides access to Medication Dispensing Admin Screen.
  • Flag Pump Calibration- Provides access to Pump Calibration screen.
  • Flag Pill Bottles- Provides access to Medication Inventory screen.
  • Flag Dispensing Window Setup- Provides access to Dispensing Window Setup screen.

  • Select the 3rd User Access Tab.
  • Flag Medication Hold- Allows the user to view, create, remove medication holds in this access level.
    • Flag Manual Hold Removal- Allows the user to remove medication holds from any access level.
  • Flag Medication Check-In- Provides access to Medication Patient Check-In screen.

  • Select the Form Tab.
  • Ensure View, Add/Edit, and Void permissions is provided for the forms TGI Medication Order Form v2 and TGI Methadone Schedule v2.
  • Save and Repeat for each access level that will be given permission to dispense medication.
