Diagnosis (ICD 10) Codes - Enabling ICD 10 Codes (TenEleven)

Administration > Access level permissions > User Access 2nd tab > ICD 10 are required in order to be able to make these changes.

In the initial setup of eCR, these boxes are checked by default.  Only if they are unchecked at some point will they need to be re-enabled.  

IMPORTANT: Once you have completed the following steps, be sure to log out of eCR and back in. You will then be set up to utilize ICD 10 codes.  

1. Go to Setup > Clinic Options.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the 3^rd General Tab.
3. Check Require ICD 10 and Turn off ICD 9.
4. Click Save.
5. Close the Clinical Options screen.
