Diagnosis (ICD 10) Codes - Insurances Setup (TenEleven)

    Administration > Access level permissions > User Access 2nd tab > ICD 10 are required in order to be able to make these changes.

In order to be able to bill for an ICD 10 code, it needs to be added to each insurance you will be billing. 

  1. Go to Administration > Insurances.
  2. Search for an existing insurance or create a new insurance.
  3. Once you select the desired insurance, go to the Insurance Info tab.
  4. In the ICD-10 Effective Date field, enter the date on which ICD-10 codes should be sent to the payer on a bill for any DOS on or after this date.
    • This date should always be 10/1/2015 or later.
  5. Click Save.
