Objective
The following document will provide detailed instructions on the process for installing, setting up, and testing the approved ePad Signature Pads.
Notes
Please DO NOT install using the drivers that come with your ePad. To install the ePad Signature Pad and have it work properly with the eCR software you must install the specific driver that we have referenced in this document.
Please be aware that the ePad only functions with eCR on 64bit customer machines. If the customer has a 32bit machine the ePad WILL NOT function within eCR.
The ePad Signature Pad will not properly function unless the drivers have been installed on the customer’s server. If you do not see drivers installed on the customer server place a request with Premcom to have them added.
