Diagnosis (ICD 10) Codes - Create Diagnosis Codes (TenEleven)

Administration > Access level permissions > User Access 2nd tab > ICD 10 are required in order to be able to make these changes.

 

Create a Diagnosis Code to make it available to select when diagnosing a patient. 

  1. Click Administration > ICD 10/DSM 5.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the table of ICD 10 Codes until you see a blank row.
  3. Click in the Code box to enter your diagnosis code.
  4. Enter a name for the diagnosis.
  5. Check the Can't Be Primary In all Programs box if you want to exclude this diagnosis code from being the primary diagnosis in all programs.
  6. Add a number to the Sort Order box to place the diagnosis in a specific order in the table.
  7. Check the Inactive In All Programs box if you want to inactivate this diagnosis code for all programs.
  8. Click Save.
