If you are unable to receive the emailed verification code when binding Authy, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot.

Check Junk or Spam
Check for the verification code in your junk or spam folder. It’s common for these types of emails to be considered Junk or Spam.
The email will have been sent from noreply@authy.com and the subject line will indicate your Twilio Authy verification code.
Unblock or Whitelist the Email from Authy
If you did not receive the email in any folder, including your Junk or Spam folder, you might need to unblock or whitelist the email from Authy. Whitelist the following: noreply@authy.com
Once you have whitelisted the Authy email address, please try binding Authy again.
Update your Email Address with Authy
Change or Update your Authy Account Email Address either from within Authy or by contacting Authy support.
