FormLab: Add Treatment Plan Interventions to Client Forms (TenEleven)

Treatment plan interventions have been added to the treatment plan form. This means that interventions for goals and objectives can now be documented directly within a treatment plan and included in a printable treatment plan summary. This allows for better tracking of what is being done to address a patient's goals and objectives, and a more complete picture of a patient's progress. 

Add Treatment Plan Interventions to the Treatment Plan Form

1. Right-click on the name of the form.
2. Select Add Interventions. 
   
   
   
3. The Treatment Plan Interventions section is added. 
   

   NOTE: You can right-click on the treatment plan interventions section to edit, delete, and add controls as needed.

    
   
   
4. Once the form is published, Interventions displays as a new tab in the form. 
5. Use the Goals Filter to filter the goals and objectives displayed. 
6. Document interventions in the fields below the goals.
7. Click the Add/Update button.
