Configure VPN with FortClient (TenEleven)

The following instructions walk you through how to set up a user's machine to use the 10e11 VPN as well as connecting to eCR via this VPN.

Download and install FortiClient.
Open FortiClient.
Click Remote Access.
Click Add New Connection.
Enter a Connection Name. Note: This can be any name of your choosing.
Enter a Description.
In the Remote Gateway field enter "vtcvpn.10e11.com".
Click Save login (optional) to store your Username. Note: You will still be required to enter your password each time.
Click Apply.
From the Main screen, choose the VPN you've just created and enter your credentials.
Click Connect.
You will see a green checkmark if successfully connected. Note: Please contact support if you have issues connecting.
Proceed to Connect to eCR as you normally would using the Remote Desktop.
