The following instructions walk you through how to set up a user's machine to use the 10e11 VPN as well as connecting to eCR via this VPN.
- Download and install FortiClient.

- Open FortiClient.
|
- Click Remote Access.
|

- Click Add New Connection.
|
|
- Enter a Connection Name.
Note: This can be any name of your choosing.
|
|
- Enter a Description.
|
- In the Remote Gateway field enter "vtcvpn.10e11.com".
|
- Click Save login (optional) to store your Username.
Note: You will still be required to enter your password each time.
|
- Click Apply.
|
- From the Main screen, choose the VPN you've just created and enter your credentials.
|
|
- Click Connect.
|
- You will see a green checkmark if successfully connected.
Note: Please contact support if you have issues connecting.

|
- Proceed to Connect to eCR as you normally would using the Remote Desktop.
