If you or one of your team is unable to connect to eCR and receives a Remote Desktop Error like the one pictured below, check to see if the user has saved their username in their RDP icon. If the username has been saved, clearing the username and reconnecting should resolve the issue.
NOTE: You may need your IT department to assist with this process.
Resolve a Remote Desktop Error
- Right-click on your RDP icon and click Edit.
- In the Remote Desktop Connection, ensure that the User name field is blank.
- Click the Save button.
- Click the Connect button.
